Recipe:
2oz Guillotine Originale Ultra-Premium Vodka
1oz Pineapple Juice, freshly squeezed
.25oz Yellow Chartreuse
.5oz Coconut Cream
.25oz Creme de Cassis
.75oz Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
Process:
Medium shake, roll
Pour over crushed ice in Collins glass
Garnish with pineapple frond and a skewered Marasca cherry

Recipe:
1oz Guillotine Originale Ultra-Premium Vodka
.5oz St. Germain (Elderflower liqueur)
.5oz Simple Syrup
.5oz Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed – shake
3oz. Champagne, added after shake
Process:
Double strain
Pour into Flute glass
Garnish with flower petals cascading on the outside of the glass

6 Fresh Mint Leaves
1.5oz Guillotine Originale Ultra-Premium Vodka
.5oz St. Germain (Elderflower liqueur)
.5oz Grapefruit Juice, freshly squeezed
.5oz Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
.25oz Simple Syrup
Process:
Shake
Strain into Martini glass
Garnish with a fresh grapefruit spiral secured with metal pick
The Sun King

Sweet, spicy, and unapologetic, this well balanced cocktail highlights the foundation of its fresh watermelon juice by combining the bite of Aperol with fresh citrus and spices. The Sun King is the kick you need in your Summer plans.
Glassware: Rocks glass
Recipe:
1¼ oz Guillotine Heritage Barrel-Aged Vodka
7 whole pink peppercorns, muddled
3 chunks of watermelon, muddled
¼ oz. Aperol apéritif (bitter orange liqueur)
¾ oz. Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
½ oz. Agave Syrup
3 dashes of house made spicy tincture
Process:
Shake all ingredients and fine-strain into a rocks glass.
Garnish with a piece of banana leaf and chili threads.
